Crash bar bumpers

End caps for engine guards, with your bike's name on the side. Fits 19 mm tubes, other diameters on request.

Bumper cross-section showing a 19 mm tube opening

Sized to your guards, not the other way round.

Aftermarket crash bars come in different tube diameters. Tell us yours and we resize the file before you print, so the bumper clamps tight with no tape or spacers.

New parts start with a 3D scan of the real component, then get modelled and test-fitted before the file goes on sale.

What do I get when I buy a file?

STL files ready for your slicer, plus the recommended material, layer height, infill and print orientation.

Can you make it for a different tube or model?

Yes. Send a request with the diameter or the vehicle and we'll adapt the file.

Can I sell the parts I print?

Files are for personal use. Print as many as you need for your own vehicles, but don't resell the prints or the files.

Do you ship printed parts?

We sell the files, so you print locally and skip shipping and customs. No printer? Any local print service can print the file for you.
